Terms of delivery

1.LiljeLinen process orders every day at 12.00p.m. 

2.You can order the products to be delivered to your home or pick them up at Kr.Valdemara Str.18-3/3, Riga. 

3. Deliveries are made on working days from Monday till Friday only except when one of these days falls on an official public holiday in the Republic of Latvia.

4. Cost of delivery  is according to the  PRICE LIST. Picking up your order at Kr.Valdemara Str.18-3/3,Riga is FREE OF CHARGE.

You must follow these rules for LiljeLinen to deliver your goods in timely manner.

1. Deliveries are carried out between 10 a.m. till 6.p.m. please make sure to specify the address where you wish your goods to be delivered on the day of delivery within the aforementioned time. 

2.In order to deliver the goods at a specified time, the delivery address given must be as accurate as possible, including the number of the communal entrance (if you live in an apartment building). If the delivery address given is false or inaccurate, then the delivery time can be increased without prior notice.

3. You must specify a phone number at which you can be contacted on the day of delivery. Before delivery our courier will usually call the customer to make sure that they are at the specified address and can accept the order. If the number specified is incorrect or the customer is not answering the call, the delivery time can be increased without prior notice.

4.For delivering we use companies: LV Post, DPD and DHL.
